Administrative department
The administrative and financial services offered by UAR3365 are divided into the following 3 UDO phases:
U – Upstream
At this level, the UAR offers assistance in setting up interdisciplinary projects and/or projects on observation systems, and in identifying the right funding (ANR, FEDER, H2020, INTERREG, etc.):
- Drafting of agreements, framework agreements, in liaison with the structures of the Université de La Réunion, the supervisory authorities and the partner.
- Drawing up specifications, in close collaboration with the technical department
- Project assessment and eligibility
- Switching (ventilation and wickets)
D – Development
At this level, UAR assists project owners with the administrative procedures required to launch their projects:
- Defining contracts and invitations to tender
- Sizing of human resources requirements in consultation with the technical department
O – Operations
Support is provided at this level throughout the project, as well as at the end of the project for the final presentation phases:
- Day-to-day administrative management throughout the project, if supported by OSU-Réunion
- Intervention mainly in the restitution phase
- Certifications (timesheets, edt)
- Balance sheet
